Repair, Service and Parts

Plan your annual repair expenses. Your printers or scanners can be sent in anytime repairs are needed, without RMA's or authorizations. We use OEM manufacturers parts only. Annual service contracts are offered as DEPOT or ON-SITE, ANYWHERE IN THE USA, CANADA OR MEXICO.

One Annual Fee - Unlimited Repairs.

Contracts include all parts and labor, excluding print-heads.

No RMA's needed - just reference the contract number and send it in.

Standard return freight charges, (UPS Ground) included in contract pricing.

48 Hour turn-around on printers.

3 - 7 day turn-around on scanners.

Contracts include semi-annual preventative maintenance checks.

Multiple-printer discounts offered.

Depot Service Plan

Offered on select barcode printers, scanners/PDTs and POS printers/terminals. No RMA numbers are necessary, equipment is sent to our convenient depot locations for repair. Printers are repaired within 48 hours of approval, scanner repairs are performed within 3 to 9 days from approval. Unlimited repairs, standard return shipping, all parts and labor (excluding print heads) are included under the depot service plan. Repair centers across USA, Canada and Mexico.

On-site Service Plan

Offered on select barcode and DLLC printers only. No authorization required for on-site service plans, call with service plan number and technicians are dispatched. Technicians arrive on-site within 24-48 hours with fully stocked service packs to complete repairs on the first visit. Unlimited repairs, travel time, all parts and labor (excluding print heads) are included under the on-site service plan. On-site service throughout USA, Canada and Mexico.
